Jiangsu vocational school welcomes first hotel museum

Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality opened a hotel museum Oct 29, the first at a vocational school campus in China.
Covering 1,400 square meters, the museum displays over 600 pieces of precious documentary and video relics, revealing the development of Chinese and Western culinary art up to the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).
The museum enlivens lifeless knowledge into diverse cultural immersions, offering both students and teachers unique and enjoyable experiences.
