Jiangsu remains to be attractive to college graduates, with 330,000 of them choosing to work in the province after graduation, accounting for 78 percent of the students who actually work after graduation.
The municipalities of Shanghai and Beijing, as well as Zhejiang, Guangdong and Anhui provinces are also top choices for local college graduates.

Manufacturing, software and information technology, education account for the top three fields that have included the most graduates, with 72,000, 37,000 and 31,000 respectively.
